Brazil and the change in world-wide the financial system

Changes economic system at the world is focus the foreign ministers of Brazil, India and South Africa. These countries are pressing anew for promised reforms of multilateral financial institutions.
The ministers met in Brazil's capital Week to discuss increasing trade ties along with how to press the richest nations for changes to the IMF and the World Bank.
Brazilian Foreign Minister Celso Amorim said the global economy may recover earlier than expected, but it didn't mean the measures to reform the global financial mechanism promised by the G20 Summit in London in April should not be conducted. “We agreed the reforms must be done.
